For once, I was the one underdressed for the weather, thanks to long coats and gloves for the costumers. We trekked across the street for some photos in the wind, with the unseasonably warm weather allowing us to take many shots before common sense prevailed and we went back inside.

The light was natural, but it kinda treaded the line for how much was needed, so I was left with a paper-thin depth of field at times. Still, enough photos were taken to get the focus right, and below are the highlights. Many thanks to the three of them for heading outside based on Chris' referral and their patience for getting the shots right; personally, I think the end result was worth it.

Probably my favourite of the group shots.

Black clothing, especially black PVC, is often really hard to get right on camera, but I love how well these shots managed to capture the blacks in the jacket.

This shot is a particularly good exemple of the jacket tones.

Sadly, when we crossed the street back to the convention centre the wind didn't co-operate as much for the "wind-swept" look. Still, a few shots came out.
